My appointment may be moved/rescheduled depending on weather conditions and/or mechanic availability.

If my vehicle requires more than 5 Quarts of motor oil there may be an extra charge.

Evening Service Fee
It can be difficult and even dangerous to work in the dark, and our mechanics like being home with their families rather than under a car during the evening time. If you prefer to use our services in the evening then a $15.00 fee will be added on.

Non-Refundable Deposit for Liquid Gold Oil Changes
A Liquid Gold oil change requires us to special order oil and filters for your exact make and model. Cancelations directly affect us and cost us more than time and effort alone. A non-refundable $30.00 deposit is required with every a Liquid Gold oil change. This deposit is then subtracted from your total when you pay for your service in person. For example, if you order a Liquid Gold oil change for $150, you will pay $30.00 at reservation and $120.00 at appointment.
The information and services through Oil On The Go are available “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oil On The Go disclaims all representations and warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall Oil On The Go be liable to you for any direct, indirect or consequential damages, or any loss or damages whatsoever whether in an action under contract, negligence, or any other theory, in any manner of the services provided by Oil On The Go. Oil On The Go assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any damages to property on account of your access to. In no event shall Oil On The Go’s total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action, exceed the amount paid by you to Oil On The Go.
You and Oil On The Go agree that the terms of use have been taken into account in determining the consideration to be given by each party under these terms of use and in the decision by each party to enter into these terms of use. You and Oil On The Go agree that the terms of use are fair and reasonable.
If you are displeased with the services or do not agree to any provisions of these terms of use, your only resolve is to discontinue using the services.
